Sir K has reached 11 Months and Counting

Jolly Ho!

Here we are smack dab at the beginning of January a whole new year! Hard to believe that is less than 2 weeks K is gonna be 1 Years old already!!!

He is a motoring around behind walker toys/ride ons, chairs you name it. Basically anything he can get behind and push! He walks along tables or more furniture like a pro. We even have him free standing when he is not noticing and we have started to climb into our bouncy chair and bumbo all by ourselves. I love watching how they grow. K is starting to actually play and not just try to eat everything around him..don't get me wrong he is a teething machine...so that still has not stopped but is getting better for sure.

Trouble exploration is in our midst. Monkey see monkey do holds true for these two brothers. K is copying and repeating O good or bad. We now have to close all bathroom doors. Watch where we put lots of objects in reach. The toilet is a good place to splash or throw things and the diaper genie..you know where all the diapers go...fun game..fun times.

We are repeating "I did it", vroom sounds "Mmmm for milk". We also say HI and BYE verbally and waves. We love music and dancing. Laughing in this house is not something that comes in small quantities and we are always making noise and seeing where other noises came from. Expert sloppy wet kisses are a must and we love to chew on socks...does not matter if they are clean or not. A new fave spot to pull out is the oven drawer for pans and blocking ppl from getting back into the gate at the stairs...especially funny if it is time for daddies pee break during work!

We are getting lots of more teeth coming through and are sometimes a picky eater due to teeth.K's siblings love him so much it hurts sometimes and chasing the dog is a great sport! If you are ever looking for K and my bathroom door is not shut it is possible he is hanging out in our walk in shower...covered in water because you know its fun!

Captain O:

O is lately been off..very sensitive, cuddly waking in the middle of the night. Not feeling so great but illnesses come and go when we are so small. He is jealous of K and E and it goes all around for all of them. We are a emotional roller coaster. We love cuddles and want lots of attention. Staring to make our own decisions but not always happy with the outcome.

We are stronger than we know. We love car rides and visits and walks. Movies are a new favorite...but do not ask O to pick due to he will pick 20 dvds and want to watch all of them.

Our favorite new game is "Did you hear that noise, whats that noise?".

Miss E:
The holidays were interesting had her first alone sleep over at my parents house. Went super awesome but she wanted to come home right after her sleep and breakfast. We are doing well now switching to stickers at home instead of at school to keep the great bathroom activity going at school...but now comes snow pants season...duh duh duh!  Try convincing your just 4 year old how cold it actually is and why you need all the layers on just to go to school.

Her birthday went well and she is super excited about heading back to school again. I think she truly missed her teachers and friends. It was a nice break..but definitely time. Lately we have had some nighttime fun..bad dreams..waking up at 1:30 thinking it is now time to be awake for the moring..melt downs waking everyone up because she is "NOT TIRED" and does not want to lay back down.

We have hit the talking back defiant stage of wanting to make her own decisions and testing out who is truly boss. Selective Hearing starts young too. All a learning curve..what does not kill you makes you stronger right?

Believe it or not..we have been getting requests for raw broccoli as a veggie option..not knocking it but kinda humorous. Hard to believe it has been over 4 years since we have became parents and now we are due with our 4th and final babe in May!

Baby News:

If you missed it we are due May 28th. Me I am always early...and this one could possibly 3 weeks since we all know how early O came. We have probably our last Ultrasound appointment in Peterborough with the specialist who helped us become the parents we are today, fertility problems and all for our Gender Scan etc. I am super excited to be going back to him since we requested it just for this scan. I am being followed by a Dr.Pepper out of Cobourg which we soon will be switching to for our over all family Doc as soon as I hand in our paper work and K has his 1 year check in peterborough.

We are super excited! All natural and Doug has been singing snip songs since he found out. I will update you more later on the great news! Who knows could be a mothers day Babe!
